This 8 Week Pull-up Program is designed for both new & experienced athletes.
Broken into 2 x 4 Week cycles, we are looking at building the 5 most important muscles that directly impact our pulling ability;
Core, Lats, Biceps, Forearms, Traps
Program delivery options:
1 – PDF (follow at your own pace)
2 – APP (accountability, tracking, and ease of use) App access is allocated within 24hrs with the program starting the following week
