Get Your First Bar Muscle Up Program
The 6-week Program is precise, structured & tested.
We lay out and focus on fundamentals helping you build the required base skills.
This program is suited for athletes that can complete:
1-3 Strict Pull-ups
4-10 Kipping Pull-ups
1-3 CTB Pull-ups
If you don't have these skills we would recommend our pull-up program first!
Week 1-2: Basic Shapes, Grip Development, Low-level patterns
Week 3-4: Strength, Shapes, Medium level Skills
Week 5-6: Shapes, Dynamic Transitions & High-level skills
Program delivery options:
1 – (follow at your own pace)
2 – (accountability, tracking, and ease of use) App access is allocated within 24hrs with the program starting the following week
This will give you adequate time to develop the tissue and joint strength as well as muscular strength to be successful through the program without any injury.
