Program delivery options:
1 – PDF (follow at your own pace)
2 – APP (accountability, tracking, and ease of use) App access is allocated within 24hrs with the program starting on the closest new week
This will give you adequate time to develop the tissue and joint strength as well as muscular strength to be successful through the program without any injury.
Each stage will progress the level of movement as well as the volume. At the completion of each stage, there will be some pre-requisites that you will need to meet in order to appropriately progress.
